All orders which we receive will be subject to these conditions. With sending his order the customer acknowledges this guideline. Orders are only accepted until they have been confirmed by us. We will notify you if the goods ordered are not available and unless you cancel the order we will hold it until the stock becomes available.
All prices are quoted in EUR and are inclusive of German VAT (19 %). Published prices are correct at the time of being printed but may be changed by us at any time. For deliveries out of the European Community, in addition to the price the customer has to pay any applicable VAT and import duties.
Payments can be made by Swift Payment/Bank Transfer to the account which we will notify in our order confirmation or by PayPal. Goods are despatched only upon receipt of payment in full.
Deliveries within the European Community will be delivered with the VAT and deliveries out of the European Community will be exported net of VAT.
We untertake to ship stock held items at least within 3 days of receipt of order and payment. Delivery times depend on destination. Items that are out of stock will take longer and we will inform you if there will be a delay, giving you the option to cancel or amend your order.

Goods supplied will be covered by the manufacturers warranty. We shall not be liable for any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, abnormal use, neglect, alteration or repair of the goods without prior approval. Customers must notify us of a damaged parcel or product within 3 working days of receipt. Returned goods will be accepted, only if authorisation has been given previously. We cannot accept return of used items unless they are faulty or damaged on receipt. We may repair, replace or refund the price paid for the returned goods in accordance with the customers wishes.
If you are not fully satisfied with any goods you receive from us, please notify us immediately. You can send back unused goods within 14 days after receipt and you are entitled to your choice of a refund or replacement (if available). In this case, according to the law, you have to pay the shipping for returns with a value of less than EUR 40,00 and for returns with a value of more than EUR 40,00 we will replace you the shipping costs.
Prices quoted on the website include VAT at the standard rate of 19 %. Orders can be despatched without VAT outside EU. Orders within the EU can only be supplied without VAT on receipt of a valid VAT registration number.
Customers can be sure that we will not retain any personal information any longer than is necessary to complete orders. We never will pass on any personal information to any 3rd party, unless we are required to do so by law.There will be no unsolicited e-mails to customers, except concerning current orders or except the customer has joined our mailing list.
